After what seems like years and years of having family and friends begging for it, here it is. I could be in trouble here - no money is changing hands - so no one is technically getting taken - I don't even know how to get in touch with everyone in order to clear this. This is the first time these songs have been posted or heard anywhere.
The first eight songs feature vocalist Rocky Ruckman, Stan Whitaker on guitar, David Bach on keyboards, Shannon Ford on drums and Rick Kennell on bass. These are the tracks produced by Eddie Kramer (Hendrix/ Zeppelin) at Mike Scott's studio, which was located behind a Volvo/Saab dealership in Briarcliff Manor, New York. Stan sings on "Feel". Everything was one or two takes and the songs were mixed the same day "on the fly".
The next seven tunes feature Brad Busby on guitar and vocals, Stan Whitaker on guitar and vocals, Vince Santoro on drums and vocals, David Bach on keyboards and Rick Kennell on bass. Vince is singing lead on "That's Love" a tune he also wrote - while Stan handles lead vocals on "Lost In Love Again" - a song he wrote. These tracks were recorded in the John Jay Summer House in East Fishkill, New York, and were produced by the band - engineered by Brad Busby. The last vocal song is an alternate version of "Stand Up and Fight" with vocalist Jonathan West. As a special treat, there is a drum solo by Vinny Santoro at the end, which features him scat singing along with his drums from "Chill Factor" - which unfortunately was only a partial recoding.
